blog#38:Halloween yay but nay!

Its Halloween today, everyone is excited about today. But for me its just another day that was put on the calendar! While others put on outfits to go hang out with their friends and go trick-or-treating, I get to stay at home and be bored out of my life with no candy, cupcakes. cookies, or nothing to do or eat. I find myself surrounded in a world that is unknown to me whenever this day comes!

I learned siting at home one day on Halloween a couple of years ago that Halloween celebrates the dead, and the demon and demonic spirits. I have come to try to find other things to do on Halloween such as last year I went to this event at the FCF church that passed out candy, had a show that had a clown performing, and that had moon bounces for people of all ages to get onto. This year however i find myself not doing anything, but I'll make up for it! hopefully!

 

blog#37:church moving day!

I woke up today and everyone was happy that my church was moving to another location. Which, to me, and others means no more freezing during the fall,and winter. When i got to church everyone was happy, acting like they had won $1,000 each! I felt that this was a good and new start, for the church to move up since the struggle its been having for the past few years.

I felt as though i was the only one that wasn't really super excited about the move, although i am happy the church is moving because my hands were freezing on Sunday! I was also happy that my brother came to church for the first time in like three weeks, and that my other older brother was there! I  was also happy to see my fake nephew and sister, and I was also happy to hear that he won second place in a Halloween competition!

blog#36: Concert day!

It is finally my concert day, I am pumped about this! It seemed like forever until the concert! But the concert went great as to be suspected it was my last day with some of my new friends and acquaintances. I loved the way we sounded when we were in the concert. I also liked the way the Towson University Choral sounded great! I also liked their women, and men choir, and the songs they sung and their performance throughout the songs. Lastly the songs that were sung by the three master class students were even better than they were before at the rehearsal!

blog#35: unbelievable!

Its unbelievable to me that my best friend is now mad at me over something dumb! He's mad that I told him the truth, if he didn't want the truth from me he never should have asked me the truth. I tried to apologize to him and talk to him but every time i tried he ignored my call or text. I tried to do what i learned in church but that seemed not to work, and I learned that a person doesn't want to accept your apology, or talk to you don't force them because you tried to make up with that person,and be nice. I don't want to seem desperate so as for right now I'm going to leave it alone!  :)

 

 

 

blog#34: Movies!

Went to the movies to see Paranormal Activity 3. It started off kind of suspenseful since this was the only one i was watching i never saw the first or second movie, and those explained the third movie. I felt as though i was behind a lot when my friends had to bring me up to date on what happened in the first two movies to cause something to happen in the third movie.

So far from what I know in the first two movies the sisters are living their lives and are grown. They forgot how their parents passed away they thought they passed away in a fire in their home, at least that is what their grandmother told them. The third movie goes in depth how their parents passed away, they find out that they helped their grandmother set up to kill their parents, that they were demon influenced, and they go over what happened and they start to remember every thing that happened.

The movie is interesting, scary, and funny for some people, and to me! But I'm not going to tell everything that happened now what will be the fun in that?

 

blog#33: Singing, singing, and more singing!

Today i had a 5 hour chorus practice/ rehearsal session. I was a very long and drawn out day I'm tired from all of the music i had to learn today! I am happy to be home though as well! I was excited to see two familiar people today from New Town that had the pleasure of joining me in the great experience of going to the Towson University Festival chorus. I also made a new friends today and met new people.

The soloist that I heard today for the master class were awesome. I was very surprised that only three people made the class and that they were all girls or sopranos! But my day is not over yet i plan on getting my nails done, and going to the movies!

 

blog#32: Nails pretty nails!

So today i went to get my nails done it was very hard for me to decide what color i wanted, how long i wanted my nails to be, whether or not i wanted fake nails or to get an overlay on my real nails. I decided to get a pearl type nail polish and to get an overlay.I remember the last time i got fake nails it hurt really badly and that was during prom. It was a great experience that i love to do!
